Hello everyone. I just wanted to thank everyone again for all their help with the Easter Egg Hunt. The elders did a great job stuffing the eggs with candy. We had some left over because we didn’t have quite as big a turnout as we have had in the past, so the elders and care partners got to enjoy some candy this week! Yum, but hard on the waistline!

We have gotten some really positive reactions to the pictures we took of the elders who live in The Garden. Thank you to Carol Ruggles for the use of her hats and scarves and thank you to all the staff who helped bring out the inner models in our elders. I think everyone had a good time that day. It’s been a great conversation starter! The elders look beautiful (or in the case of the gentlemen, handsome) and the black and white make the pictures even “classier”.

Soon we will be stuffing button envelopes for the Freedom Festival. We like any way we can help give back to our larger community. If anyone knows of any service projects we can help with, please let me know.
